The seller is very patient in dealing with the problem, and the after-sales service is great

I can’t use the account I’ve bought cause when I enter the credentials the game ask for aditional code which is sent to the native email. Seller doesn´t answer though I wrote to his email and Telegram both.
UPD: The seller got in touch after a letter to the administration of the trading platform and provided another account.
